On February 13, 2012 I took Polar to the Hoover Dam which borders Nevada and Arizona. We had a great time and took the scenic tour through the power plant and dam its self. In order for us to reach our destination we had to make many stops including Equality, IL, St Louis, MO, Denver, CO, and Las Vegas, NV. It was a beautiful trip, and seemed as if the Hoover Dam was a painting instead of reality. There were two amazing parts to this trip, one was that we traveled a total of 2,948 miles and the other is Polar was the only animal allowed to go on the tour in the history of the dam :)!
